By accessing or using Plotline ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Plotline offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Itineraries generated by Plotline are created using artificial intelligence and third-party data sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that venue information, hours, pricing, or other details are current or correct. You use generated itineraries at your own discretion. Plotline does not endorse any specific venue or business. Content you provide (preferences, reviews, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all liability for any harm arising from your use of generated itineraries, including but not limited to inaccurate venue information, closures, or safety concerns. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plotline and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
